Arrival

Farnsworth will be available for set-up at 10:00 a.m. The Fair begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. Each organization will be provided a converted 4 ft. table. NOTE: Signs will not be provided for each school so recruiters should plan accordingly. Upon arrival, please stop at the Registration Table for important information on shipping, parking and other logistics.

Electrical Access and Audio/Visual Equipment

Although there will not be electrical access or audio/visual equipment available for the Law fair, there will be wireless internet capabilities.

Parking

Please park in the visitor parking located at the corner of Laboratory Road and Alumni Drive. http://www.rice.edu/maps/maps.html. This is directly across the street from the student center. The student Center has a circular drive located on the west side of the building. As you walk in this entrance Farnsworth is directly to your right.
